IMAGINE 80’S SYNTH POP FUSED WITH PUNK ROCK
CENTRE EXCUSE are an exciting young trio creating a fresh sound, that blends the sophistication of 80’s style catchy synth pop, with the energy and passion of punk rock. When the MD of indie label New Motion Records watched them play at the Riverside Festival, Stamford back in July 2010 he immediately offered them a contract. Since then they have worked with Producer Lester Woodward (Young Guns/50cent) to record 6 tracks for their debut EP All Systems Go! The EP includes the fans favourites ‘New Sound’, ‘Game Set Match’ and the bands only cover number ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’ by Joy Division. Centre Excuse are based in the village of Empingham in England’s smallest county, Rutland.
